We're parents of a 4 year old and a 3 year old from Auckland, New Zeland. We travelled a fair bit before children and we wanted to show our kids that there was more to this life then our little island that is New Zealand. Malaysia seemed like the ideal country to start with, being both semi-close, cheap and a different culture to our own. It was also easy to get around and English is widely spoken, making it a great first foray into travelling with kids.
